Man arrested in connection to July 4th stabbing in Hartford
A man has been arrested in connection to a stabbing on July 4th in Hartford.
Officers were called to the 100 block of Homestead Avenue for a stabbing incident around 11:50 p.m.
Once in the area, police said they found a victim in the driveway with a stab wound to his left forearm and right shoulder.
He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to police, witnesses on scene provided officers with a suspect description and said he was still on scene.
Police said they found the suspect in the back parking area of the address and he was detained without incident.
The suspect is described by police as a 64-year-old man from Hartford.
