Sunny with highs in the 70s as some students head back to school Tuesday

It’s back to school for some cities and towns across the state and we have a sunny day on tap.

There will be lots of sun mixing with puffy clouds. A few isolated showers could fly by, especially in the hills.

Highs will be between 74 and 78.

It will be fair in the evening with temperatures in the 50s to near 60.

Wednesday looks mostly sunny with highs near 80.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible Thursday and Friday.
