Showers developing for Thursday afternoon

Today we will see an increase and thickening clouds with showers developing this afternoon.

High temperatures today range from the high 70s to mid 80s.

The rain will pick up in intensity for the evening and overnight. The heaviest rain will fall in southern Connecticut, some street flooding is possible.

It looks like there will be some leftover showers tomorrow morning and less damp tomorrow.

There will be scattered showers Saturday and possibly on Sunday afternoon.

As of now, it looks like the weather is clearing for Monday.
