Mom delivers own baby on I-84 off-ramp in Manchester Saturday
The Manchester Fire Department responded to the I-84 off-ramp in Manchester for a childbirth Saturday night.
According to officials, the mother delivered a baby girl before paramedics arrived on scene.
They were both cared for by the fire department paramedics, ambulance service, and state police when they were evaluated and treated.
Both the mother and baby were transported to the hospital in good conditions, officials say.
