Journey’s Hartford performance on the “Final Frontier Tour,” originally scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed to May 24 due to severe weather in Canada.
The band was originally scheduled to appear in Montreal on Wednesday, Quebec City on Thursday, and then travel to Hartford and perform on Saturday. Now, their Montreal stop is rescheduled for Friday, and Hartford has been pushed back to May.
Montreal is currently under an orange weather warning, which means freezing rain is expected, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
The Hartford performance will still take place at PeoplesBank Arena at 7:30 p.m., this time on a Sunday, with doors opening at 6 p.m. All previously purchased tickets will be valid for the new date, according to a spokesperson for PeoplesBank Arena.
