A fire broke out in ductwork at the Concierge Apartments in Rocky Hill on Monday morning.
Firefighters from Rocky Hill and several other towns responded to the complex on Cold Spring Road just after 10 a.m.
They located the fire in the laundry room ductwork beginning on the third floor, according to fire officials.
The flames were contained to the ductwork and to part of the roof of one of the buildings in the complex. It was brought under control in about an hour, fire officials said.
No one was injured.
The Concierge Apartments is the same complex where multiple buildings were evacuated for several weeks in February due to extensive damage from burst pipes and flooding.
