Waterbury police lieutenant charged with assault, breach of peace
WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Waterbury police lieutenant was arrested May 1 in Southington, according to police. Steven Joseph Anastasio, 46, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
