Scooter operator dies after car crash in Hartford
A scooter operator has died after a car crash in Hartford on Sunday.
Police responded to the area of New Britain Avenue and Stone Street around 3 p.m. for the accident.
The scooter operator was a 53-year-old man and was pronounced dead by on scene medical personal.
Police said all involved parties remained on scene and are cooperating with investigators.
The Crime Scene Division Detectives are actively investigating this incident.
