Reward offered for info about emaciated dog found in Wallingford
A reward is being offered for information about a emaciated dog that was found in Wallingford.
Wallingford Animal Control said the female dog was picked up on Highland Avenue.
Investigators are looking for information about the dog’s identity and where she may have come from.
According to animal control, Desmond’s Army is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
