Person seriously injured in crash that shut down I-95 South in Fairfield
A person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident that shut down I-95 South in Fairfield on Friday morning.
According to CT DOT, the highway was closed between exits 23 and 22. It reopened around 8:30 a.m.
State police say the accident involved a car and a pedestrian and the investigation is still ongoing.
