One hospitalized after shooting in Hartford
One person was hospitalized after a shooting on Thursday.
Police said they were dispatched to the area of Westland Street around 12:18 a.m. on a ShotSpotter notification.
The gunshot victim arrived at an area hospital for treatment. According to police the victim is a female in her twenties, and she is suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime scene Divisions responded to this incident and assumed the investigation.
