New York man accused of pouring gas on woman, two children to set them on fire

Matthew Demming was arrested and charged with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly pouring gasoline on a woman, her two children, and the residence before attempting to light it on fire.
