New London police arrest suspect in February fatal shooting
New London police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a 42-year-old man in February.
Officers responded to Connecticut Avenue on the night of February 15 and found Gregory Williams, of New London, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the hospital where he died.
Police arrested 22-year-old Taquez Scott on Thursday. He is charged with murder, illegal discharge of a firearm, illegal possession of an assault weapon, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a firearm.
