Motorcyclist dead after an accident in Griswold Saturday
Connecticut State Police say a motorcyclist died after colliding with a pickup truck Saturday in Griswold.
They say officers responded to reports of an accident on Stone Hill Road where they saw the operator of the motorcycle, Nathan Musto and his passenger, lying in the center of the intersection of Roode Road.
They were transported to Plainfield Backus Hospital where Musto was pronounced dead and the passenger had suspected serious injuries police say.
According to police, the driver of the pickup truck was not injured and did not want to receive medical attention on scene.
This case is still being investigated by the police and the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad.
