Editor’s note: Testimony in this trial may be graphic and difficult for some viewers to hear.

What to Know

  • Testimony continued Thursday in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy, with 10 first responders taking the stand. Friday is expected to begin with a jury view of several key sites associated with the case, including the Clancy family’s home in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
  • Prosecutors say Lindsay Clancy strangled her children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — on Jan. 24, 2023, after sending Patrick out for some errands. She then jumped out of the home’s second-story window and was paralyzed from the waist down in the fall.
  • The trial is expected to last several weeks, and the judge said Thursday that the case is ahead of schedule.

Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial are scheduled to start the day on Friday with a jury view of several sites associated with the case, including the Clancy family’s former home in Duxbury, Massachusetts. After the jury view, testimony is expected to continue after 10 first responders took the stand Thursday to describe what they saw and heard when they responded to the Clancy home on Jan. 24, 2023.

Prosecutors say Lindsay Clancy strangled her three children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — after sending her then-husband, Patrick, out for some errands. She then used multiple methods to try to end her own life and was paralyzed from the waist down after jumping from the home’s second-story window.

The jury view will not be shown live, but you can watch a livestream when court resumes in the video player above and follow along below for the latest updates:
