Driver has life-threatening injuries after crashing into trees in Wolcott: police
A driver has life-threatening injuries after losing control of their vehicle and crashing into multiple trees in Wolcott on Saturday night, police said.
Officers were called to Andrews Road around 11:40 p.m. for a report of a single vehicle crash.
In the area, police said they found that the driver had been ejected from the vehicle after it struck a tree.
According to investigators, the vehicle was speeding on Andrews Road towards Clinton Hill when the driver lost control and collided with several trees.
The driver was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in very serious condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
