This year’s Earth Day in Connecticut will be very springlike with cool, cloudy, and damp weather conditions.
If you’re partaking in any Earth Day event, bring your rain jacket and rain boots with you to stay dry! Scattered rain showers will push across Connecticut, especially this morning, with drier weather conditions this afternoon.
Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees cooler than normal for late April.

The sky will gradually clear tonight and with the leftover damp, cool weather, we may see additional frost develop.
Tomorrow will be sunnier, warmer, and drier with high temperatures pushing to 65 to 70 degrees.
We will be slightly cooler Friday behind a weak cold front and then parts of Connecticut will see rain showers on Saturday afternoon.
