Police identify man fatally shot on Rowe Avenue in Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford police have identified the 43-year-old man who was shot and killed Wednesday morning. The shooting happened around 1:41 a.m. on the 90 block of Rowe Avenue.
