Rewards are being offered for information about 11 different Hartford cold case homicides.
Hartford Police said each case has a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
Jassmin Lewis
On Sunday, May 23, 2021, around 2 a.m. officers responded to reports of gunfire near Homestead Avenue and Woodland Street. Once police arrived at the Buggy Bath Car Wash, officers said they found Jassmin Lewis with gunshot wounds. She later died of her injuries. A man was transported to the hospital in critical condition and survived.

Marion Edwards
On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, around 8:15 p.m., officers received a ShotSpotter activation for 19 rounds in the 200 block of Barbour Street. Once in the area, police said they found two men with gunshot wounds. Authorities said Marion Edwards died from his injuries. The other man received life-saving surgery and survived.

Alex Colon
On Thursday, December 12, 2024, around 9:10 p.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter notification reporting a single gunshot on New Britain Avenue. Investigators at the scene said they found Alex Colon with a gunshot wound to his head. He later died of his injuries.

Jeremy Williams
On February 17, 2010, 26-year-old Jeremy “Perk” Williams was found dead inside of his burned vehicle, police said. It was found parked on Pembroke Street in Hartford. Authorities later said Williams had been shot before his vehicle was set on fire.

Anthony Swaby
On Wednesday, March 4, 2020, around 6:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire near Blue Hills Avenue and Holcomb Street. While canvassing the area, police said they found an unresponsive man with multiple gunshots, later identified as Anthony Swaby. He later died of his injuries.

Devon Mitchell
On Saturday, August 1, 2015, around 8:30 p.m., officers responded to multiple 911 calls about gunfire in the 600 block of Blue Hills Avenue. Shortly after, police said Devon Mitchell arrived at Saint Francis Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds by private vehicle. He later died of his injuries.

Elvin Rivera
On Sunday, May 28, 2023, around 4 a.m., officers responded to a 911 report of a stabbing on Elliott Street. Officers said they found Elvin Rivera with stab wounds to his left leg and back. He was transported to Hartford Hospital where he later died.
Investigators said surveillance footage from the scene showed that Rivera had been involved in a physical fight with three or four males before the stabbing.

Jordan Luna
On Monday, October 9, 2023, around 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter notification of seven gunshots on Nelton Way. Once in the area, police said they found Jordan Luna with gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Surveillance footage showed a white Nissan Rogue leaving the area shortly after the shooting, according to police. Authorities said that vehicle was later discovered ablaze on Brandy Hill Road in Vernon.

Joshua Steele & Kevin Campbell
On Sunday, September 2, 2018, around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to two ShotSpotter activations in close proximity. Police said one registered 12 rounds in the 200 block of Hillside Avenue and another registered 10 rounds in the 100 block of Herbrooke Avenue.

In the area, police said they found Joshua Steele and Kevin Campbell with gunshot wounds. Both men later died of their injuries.

Terrance Brown
On Saturday, August 3, 2024, around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of gunshots near Albany Avenue and Burton Street. In the area, police said they found Terrance Brown in the back of a property with multiple gunshot wounds. He was given medical attention, but later died of his injuries.
