Someone threw box with cats in it from a moving vehicle in East Hartford: Animal Control
East Hartford police and East Hartford Animal Control are investigating after someone threw a box with four kittens and two adult cats from a moving vehicle.
It happened Wednesday evening in the area of Adams Street.
Animal control officers were able to get the kittens and one of the adult cats. They are still working to capture the other adult cat.
They are asking people who live in the area of Adams Street, Murray Street, and Vine Street to check their security camera footage to see if it may have caught anything.
Anyone with footage or anyone who may have information is asked to call Animal Control at (860) 291-7572. Callers can remain anonymous.
