Police work to ID alleged suspect in voyeurism incident at South Norwalk Train Station

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in what they said was a voyeurism incident that happened at the South Norwalk Train Station on Tuesday.

Investigators said a victim was walking up a staircase at the train station when she turned to retrieve her purse and saw an unknown man walking besides her.

According to police, the woman reported that he was holding a cellphone beneath her dress with the video recording function activated.

When the man was confronted, he immediately fled the area.

The man is approximately 5-foot 6-inches tall and appears to be wearing a dark-colored shirt in a photo provided by police.
