1 dead following 2-car crash in Tolland
A man is dead, and a woman is injured following a two-car crash in Tolland, according to an emergency alert from the Tolland resident state trooper.
The crash happened around 1:40 p.m. at the intersection of Old Stafford Road and Slater Road.
When troopers got to the scene, they found two people: one man who was pronounced dead at the scene and a woman who was seriously injured. The man has not been identified at this time.
The road was closed in the area at the time, but has since reopened.
