WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — The tragic case of a couple who fell through the ice on Cape Cod has a Connecticut connection. Authorities in Eastham, Massachusetts, identified the couple as 71-year-old Kathleen Boucher and 72-year-old Gerard Boucher. Kathleen, known as “Kit,” spent 20 years at West Hartford’s Bugbee Elementary School as a kindergarten teacher. […]
