Light morning showers will taper off, giving way to a gray, cloudy, and cool afternoon with highs in the low to mid-60s.

Skies clear tonight with lows in the 40s. Friday turns partly sunny with highs near 70.

Clouds increase Saturday, with rain slowly spreading west to east in the afternoon — though northeast Connecticut may stay mostly dry. Highs remain in the 60s.

Sunday looks wetter, with periods of rain and cooler temps in the 50s to low 60s.

Conditions begin to improve Monday, with some early showers possible before clearing and highs in the 60s.
