One person is dead after a Saturday morning crash in Middlebury
One person died after a two-car collision on I-84 Eastbound in Middlebury on Saturday morning.
At around 3:45 a.m. officers responded to I-84 Eastbound between Exits 16 and 17 for a crash.
Police said that both cars were traveling in the center lane on I-84 Eastbound when the second car rear ended the car in front of them for an unknown reason.
The operator of the vehicle that caused the crash sustained fatal injuries.
Officers are continuing to investigate the crash.
