Hartford’s first new skyscraper in years part of Hartford Hospital overhaul

Hartford HealthCare President and CEO Jeff Flaks discussed plans for a new Hartford Hospital tower, which will include a new patient arrival center, a healing garden, 250 private smart rooms, three floors of state-of-the-art procedure space and an improved emergency department.
