Girl left Enfield home without permission days before her death: Connecticut DCF
A 12-year-old Enfield girl was reported to have left her home “without the knowledge or permission of her family” about a week before she was found dead in her Elm Street home, according to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF).
