Warmer temperatures and tracking thunderstorms for Tuesday
Today looks sunny to start the day, with very warm temperatures. High temperatures today are in the 80s inland, and a bit cooler at the shoreline.
After 4 p.m. there is a chance of a few thunderstorms in northern and western Connecticut. We could see some lightning, gusty winds and small hail.
The warm temperatures will stick around for a few days and there could be some isolated storm chances for Wednesday and Thursday.
