One injured after house fire in Hebron

A person suffered burn injuries after a fire at 3 a.m. on Monday.

Fire crews were dispatched to West Street for a structure fire with an occupant possibly entrapped within the home, fire officials said.

When crews arrived on scene, they found a single-family home with smoke and fire.

Fire officials said, an occupant was able to self-extricate themselves and was treated on scene for their injuries.

Eversource was also requested to control the electricity in the home.

The fire was extinguished by 3:16 a.m. and the Hebron Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating this incident.
