Elementary school in Plainfield closed due to water main break
An elementary school in Plainfield is closed on Wednesday due to a water main break, school officials said.
Plainfield Public Schools announced on its website and Facebook page that Shepard Hill Elementary School will be closed on Wednesday morning.
All other schools in the district are open and operating on their normal schedules, the district said.
It was not immediately clear what caused the water main break.
