Man smashes windows at New Haven businesses with ax: Police
A man is in custody after allegedly smashing windows at several New Haven businesses with an ax on Monday.
At least five businesses were vandalized along State Street and Grand Avenue, according to police.
The businesses include a restaurant, a fish market, a hair salon, and a tax preparation office.
It wasn’t immediately clear what sparked the vandalism or what charges the suspect is facing.
