Bristol police investigate after pedestrian struck by vehicle near Route 69

Route 69 is closed in Bristol on Monday morning as police investigate a crash involving a pedestrian and a motor vehicle, police said.

The road was shut down around 9 a.m., and the incident occurred in the area of Route 69 and Cambridge Road, according to police.

Bristol’s Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team (START) is investigating, police said.

Bristol Police Lt. Patrick Krajewski said he had no further information to provide at this time.
