Ex-New Haven police chief arraigned in $85,500 embezzlement case
Former New Haven Police Chief Karl Jacobson was arrested for allegedly embezzling $85,000 of city funds and is expected to be arraigned on Friday on two counts of first-degree larceny by defrauding a public community.
