A forensic pathologist who treated Lindsay Clancy after she killed her three children concluded his testimony on Wednesday after a brief delay to start the day. A TikToker was also questioned without jurors present, after which the judge ruled the defense cannot call her as a witness.
After the lunch recess, the judge excused the jury over “an unforeseen circumstance.”
