Brunch has just launched from 11am-3pm every Saturday and Sunday ONLY AT SALLY’S APIZZA’S STAMFORD location!

The Brunch menu menu is filled with fun takes on the classics like the Potato Rosemary Frittata, modeled after Sally’s Potato & Rosemary pie, and the Tiramisu French Toast which is composed of house-made focaccia, soaked in an espresso custard, topped with a scoop of tiramisu and finished with cocoa powder.

Check out the NEW BRUNCH MENU here.

“We have been talking about brunch (internally) long before we introduced our  limited-time ‘Brunch Apizza,’ created in celebration of last year’s Black Friday. Expanding into a full brunch menu felt like a natural next step — one we are really excited to take

The menu is filled with whimsical takes on the classics, and the whole process of putting it together was a lot of fun. My personal favorites are the Potato Rosemary Frittata, which is modeled after our Potato & Rosemary pie, and the Tiramisu French Toast. Made with our house-made focaccia, it’s soaked in an espresso custard, topped with a scoop of tiramisu and finished with cocoa powder,” says Executive Chef Bret Lunsford.

The new brunch menu also includes an extensive selection of  brunch cocktails! A variety of Spritzes along with Champagne, Prosecco and Rose-based drinks as well as non alcoholic options like the Hibiscus Mar-tea-ni made with Yu No Spiritless Gin, hibiscus tea, lemongrass, lemon juice and the Garden Gimlet with Seedlip Garden, basil simple syrup and lime, are expertly paired with brunch.

A limited amount of dishes from the lunch menu will also be on offer including many starters and all of Sally’s pizzas.

“We’ve been really intentional about making sure brunch feels authentically Sally’s and are excited to finally share it with our guests!”
